Terms and Conditions – Stake Pakistan Platform Rules

1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Stake Pakistan, accessible at stake-app.net. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Stake Pakistan ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "Stake").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing any part of the Stake platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside Stake's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and Stake Pakistan.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use Stake Pakistan, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual and not on behalf of a corporate entity for purposes of betting.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant or close family member of a Stake Pakistan employee or associate.
• You are using the platform for personal entertainment only, not for any commercial or professional advantage outside of normal gameplay.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through Stake or any other platform that you have a legal obligation to observe.
• You have not previously had a Stake account closed for fraud, abuse of bonuses, chargebacks or any other Terms violation.

Stake Pakistan reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including valid national identity documentation (CNIC), proof of address and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active Stake account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices or different payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. Stake Pakistan uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring and payment cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and all balances, pending withdrawals and accrued bonuses across those accounts will be permanently forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, truthful and up-to-date information when registering on Stake. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your current mobile number and a valid email address. If any of your details change after registration, you must update them promptly through your account settings. Accounts created with false, incomplete or misleading information will be closed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your Stake account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Stake Pakistan will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately at support@stake-app.net.

4 Deposits and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Stake Pakistan accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to your balance at any stage.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on Stake Pakistan is Rs 500. Individual payment method minimum amounts may vary and will be displayed at the time of the transaction. There is no maximum deposit unless a limit has been self-imposed by the player through the responsible gaming tools.

4.3 Payment Ownership

The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods registered to third parties are not permitted. Stake Pakistan may request proof of payment method ownership at any time. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be refunded and the relevant bet results voided.

4.4 Processing Times

Mobile wallet deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your Stake balance instantly. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 working hours. Card transactions are typically instant but may be subject to your issuing bank's processing schedule. Stake Pakistan is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Deposit Currency

All Stake Pakistan transactions are denominated in PKR. Your displayed balance, bet history, winnings and all communications from Stake regarding your account activity will reflect PKR values only.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals from your Stake Pakistan account are available once your account has completed standard identity verification. For deposits made via a specific payment method, withdrawals will generally be processed to the same method. Stake reserves the right to route withdrawals via alternative verified channels where the original method is unavailable.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal from Stake Pakistan is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed within the withdrawal interface and may vary based on your account verification level and VIP tier.

5.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission for standard verified accounts. Mobile wallet withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically complete within a few hours of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 1–2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. Stake Pakistan does not control transfer times imposed by receiving banks or mobile wallet operators.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification

Stake Pakistan may request additional identity or payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts or where fraud prevention protocols have been triggered. This is standard practice and is intended to protect players. Documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC and a recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documents will result in the withdrawal being held until compliance is achieved.

5.5 Bonus-Related Withdrawal Restrictions

Funds received as part of a bonus or promotional offer are subject to wagering requirements before they become available for withdrawal. These requirements are set out in the specific promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus portion being removed from the requested amount.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Stake Pakistan offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, time limits and game restrictions. These specific terms are communicated when the bonus is offered and are binding once you opt in to any promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your Stake account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. Different game categories may contribute different percentages to wagering completion — for example, live table games may contribute at a lower rate than crash games on Stake. The exact contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one active bonus may be in use on your Stake account at any time. If you deposit and qualify for a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active and subject to wagering requirements, the previous bonus will remain active until its requirements are met or the bonus expires. You cannot stack multiple bonuses simultaneously.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Using bonuses in a manner designed to extract guaranteed value — including but not limited to: coordinating multiple accounts to clear bonuses, placing offsetting bets across accounts, using automated software to place bets, or any other mechanism that is not consistent with normal individual recreational gambling — constitutes bonus abuse and is a material breach of these Terms. Stake Pakistan will void all related winnings and close all involved accounts without prior notice.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

7.1 Random Number Generation

All digital games on Stake Pakistan — including Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, and other card games played in RNG format — use independently certified random number generation software. The outcomes of these games are not influenced by the size of your bet, your account history, or any other player-specific factor. The RNG certification is available upon request.

7.2 Provably Fair Crash Games

Crash game titles on Stake — including Aviator, JetX, Plinko, Mines and Dice — operate on provably fair algorithms. The crash point of each round is determined before the round begins using a cryptographic seed that can be independently verified by any player after the round completes. Stake Pakistan does not have the ability to alter a crash result once a round has started.

7.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games on Stake use physical decks of cards dealt by real dealers in professionally managed studios. Game results from live tables are determined by physical card dealing and are not influenced by software algorithms. All live dealer studios used by Stake comply with industry-standard operational controls.

7.4 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a game malfunction — whether technical, software or human — the affected round will be voided and all stakes refunded. A malfunction voids all related pays. Stake Pakistan is not liable for losses resulting from game malfunctions that were outside the platform's reasonable control, but will always refund wagers placed on a verifiably malfunctioning game round.

7.5 PSL and Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on Stake Pakistan — including PSL cricket betting — are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL markets). In the event of match abandonment, suspension or result revision, Stake's settlement rules for the specific market will apply and are available in the betting rules section of the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Stake Pakistan and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, access additional bonuses or manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players in any game format, including sharing hand information in live card games.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game glitches or software vulnerabilities to gain an advantage.
• Placing bets funded by fraudulently obtained money or carrying out any activity on Stake that constitutes money laundering.
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks through your payment provider after completing valid betting activity on Stake.
• Using a VPN or other technical method to disguise your true location if you are in a jurisdiction where access to Stake is legally restricted.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Stake account by a person under 18 years of age.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward Stake support staff or other players in any chat or communication channel on the platform.

Stake Pakistan cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where illegal activity on the platform is identified. Player data will be shared with relevant authorities where legally required.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Grounds for Suspension

Stake Pakistan may suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if: a verification document request has not been fulfilled within a reasonable period; suspicious activity has been detected on your account; a chargeback has been filed against a deposit; a breach of these Terms has been identified; or Stake reasonably suspects that your account is being used in connection with fraud or illegal activity.

9.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Stake account at any time by contacting support@stake-app.net. Before closing, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. If you wish to close your account as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, the procedure and timescales set out in the Responsible Gaming section below apply.

9.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure by Stake for Terms violations, all available balance and pending bonuses are forfeited. Closure in response to fraud findings or chargeback activity may result in the recovery of any funds that were paid out during the period under investigation. Players whose accounts are closed for violations are prohibited from registering new accounts on Stake Pakistan.

10 Responsible Gaming

Stake Pakistan is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we have built practical tools into the platform to help players manage their activity.

10.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings. Once set, increases to deposit limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary break from Stake of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Your account is inaccessible during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from Stake Pakistan. This is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months and your account will not be reopened during this time regardless of any subsequent request.

10.2 Accessing Support

If you feel that your gambling has moved beyond entertainment, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool or visit the Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance and information on external support resources available in Pakistan.

10.3 Minor Protection

If you share a device with anyone under 18, you must ensure they cannot access your Stake account. Log out of the platform when your session is complete and do not save login credentials on shared devices. If you suspect a minor has accessed or attempted to access Stake using your credentials, contact support immediately.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

Stake Pakistan collects, stores and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on Stake you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal information is used only for the following purposes: account management, verification and compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement. Stake Pakistan does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal data is stored with industry-standard encryption. Access to your data is restricted to authorised Stake personnel on a need-to-know basis. You have the right to request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, and deletion of your data subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

12 Limitation of Liability

Stake Pakistan provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stake Pakistan excludes all implied warranties, representations and conditions relating to the platform and its content.

Stake Pakistan shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Delays in game loading, payment processing or customer support response caused by factors outside Stake's reasonable control, including internet service failures, mobile network outages, or third-party payment processor downtime.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Decisions made by a player during gameplay — including decisions about when to cash out in crash games, when to place bets in live games, or which markets to back in sports betting. These are the sole responsibility of the player.

Nothing in these Terms limits Stake Pakistan's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Amendments to Terms

Stake Pakistan reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account and through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Stake platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Stake recommends checking this page when you receive a notification of updates and before each significant deposit or betting session.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to stake-app.net's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Stake platform will first be referred to Stake Pakistan's customer support team for resolution through direct communication. Stake aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of a formal written complaint being received.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. The language of all dispute resolution proceedings will be English.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
