Stake Pakistan FAQ – Your Questions Answered Here

Stake Pakistan accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. No currency conversion or international payment methods are required. The minimum deposit across all methods is Rs 500.

The minimum deposit on Stake Pakistan is Rs 500 regardless of the payment method you choose. Whether you are depositing via Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank IBFT, Rs 500 is the lowest amount you can add to your account in a single transaction. There is no upper limit to deposit amounts, although your individual payment provider (such as Easypaisa or your bank) may have daily transaction limits on their end.

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically credited to your Stake account instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction completing on your mobile wallet. Bank IBFT transfers can take between 30 minutes and a few hours, depending on your bank's processing speed. Visa/Mastercard card deposits are usually instant but can occasionally take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, check your transaction history in your account before contacting support.

First check your Stake account's transaction history under the Cashier section — the deposit may be showing as "Pending". For Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits, wait at least 10 minutes before contacting support. For IBFT deposits, wait up to 4 hours. If the amount has been debited from your mobile wallet or bank but has not appeared in your Stake balance after the expected processing time, email support@stake-app.net with your username, the transaction amount in PKR, the payment method used and a screenshot or reference number from your mobile wallet or bank statement.

Yes. Stake Pakistan offers deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming tools. Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming and set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month. Reductions in limits take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour waiting period — this is intentional, to prevent impulsive limit overrides during a session. Setting a deposit limit before your first deposit is a good habit and takes less than a minute to set up.

Go to the Cashier section of your account and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred withdrawal method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT or Visa/Mastercard — and enter the amount in PKR. Confirm with the OTP sent to your registered mobile number. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. If this is your first withdrawal or the amount exceeds a certain threshold, you may be asked to complete identity verification (CNIC submission) before the request is processed.

Withdrawal processing times on Stake Pakistan are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash — typically within 1–4 hours after approval. NayaPay and SadaPay — usually within 2–6 hours. Bank IBFT — 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard — 2 to 5 business days. These are processing times after Stake approves the withdrawal. The initial approval review typically takes up to 24 hours on business days.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: incomplete identity verification (CNIC not submitted or not matching account details), outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds, a mismatch between the withdrawal method and the deposit method (Stake generally requires the same method for withdrawal as for deposit), or account security flags requiring additional verification. When a withdrawal is declined, Stake Pakistan sends a notification with the reason. Check your account messages or email, address the stated issue and resubmit.

CNIC verification is not required for every withdrawal, but it is required for your first significant withdrawal or when the total withdrawal amount reaches a cumulative threshold. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You will be asked to upload a clear scan or photo of your CNIC (front and back). The review typically takes 24–48 hours. You only need to complete this once — verified accounts are not asked to resubmit the same documents for future withdrawals.

Many RNG (non-live) games on Stake Pakistan have a demo or preview mode that you can access without funds in your account. Crash games work on a rising multiplier mechanic. You place a bet in PKR before the round starts, then watch the multiplier climb from 1x upwards. At any point before the game "crashes" you can cash out your bet multiplied by the current value. If the crash happens before you cash out, you lose your stake for that round. The crash point is determined by a provably fair algorithm — it is not influenced by previous rounds or by how many players are in the game. Start with smaller bets to understand the mechanics before increasing your stake.

New registrations on Stake Pakistan qualify for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The exact details of the current welcome offer — the bonus percentage, the maximum PKR bonus amount and the eligible games — are displayed in the Promotions section of your account after you register. Welcome bonus terms vary and may include wagering requirements (the number of times the bonus must be played before withdrawal). Read the full terms before activating any bonus.

A wagering requirement (also called a turnover requirement) is the total amount you need to bet before bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus balance converts to real withdrawable funds. Progress towards wagering requirements is tracked in real time in the Promotions section of your account. Not all games contribute equally — live sports bets and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots or crash games.

Promo codes can be entered in the registration form at the point of account creation — there is a dedicated "Promo Code" field near the bottom of the registration form. If you already have an account and received a promo code after registration, go to Account Settings > Promotions and look for the promo code entry field. Not all promotions use codes — some are automatically applied to your account or activated from the Promotions dashboard.

Bonuses on Stake Pakistan may be cancelled for the following reasons: the bonus expiry date was reached before wagering requirements were completed; a withdrawal was requested while a bonus was active (requesting a withdrawal before clearing wagering typically forfeits the bonus balance); the account made a real money deposit with a payment method excluded by the bonus terms; or a violation of the bonus terms such as using restricted games. The Promotions section of your account will show the status and reason for any cancelled bonus. Contact support if you believe the cancellation was in error.

The VIP Club is Stake Pakistan's loyalty programme. Every real money bet you place — across all games including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Crash Games and PSL Betting — contributes to your VIP point balance. As your points accumulate, you progress through VIP tiers. Each tier unlocks better cashback rates on losses, faster withdrawal processing, higher withdrawal limits and access to dedicated VIP account management at the higher levels. Enrolment is automatic — there is no sign-up required for the VIP programme; it starts working the moment you place your first bet.

VIP cashback on Stake Pakistan is calculated as a percentage of your net losses in a given period, credited back to your account as a bonus or real balance (depending on the tier). If your wagering volume in a given rolling period falls below the minimum required for your current tier, your level may be adjusted at the next review period. On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link below the password field. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number or email address, and a one-time reset code will be sent to you. Enter the code on the reset screen and create a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered contact details, email support@stake-app.net from any address you can access, include your username, and the support team will guide you through manual identity verification to regain access.

Change your password immediately via Account Settings. Then email support@stake-app.net with the subject "Security Alert" and include your username. Stake Pakistan's security team will review the login history on your account, flag any unauthorised sessions and help you secure it. Do not delay — if someone else has access to your account with a balance, act within minutes. After securing your password, check that your registered mobile number and email address have not been changed without your knowledge.

Stake Pakistan uses OTP (one-time password) verification via your registered Pakistani mobile number as a second authentication layer for sensitive actions — including password resets, large withdrawals and changes to account contact details. This functions as a form of two-factor authentication. For additional security, ensure your registered mobile number is current and that no one else has access to your phone. If you need to update your registered number, do it via Account Settings before your SIM becomes inactive.

For a temporary break, use the cooling-off tool in Account Settings > Responsible Gaming. Choose a break duration of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days — your account will be inaccessible for betting during this period. For a longer-term self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, irrevocable), email support@stake-app.net with the subject "Self-Exclusion Request" and your registered mobile number.
